And that scene you're talking about is from Ultimate X-Men. The Ultimate comics line is a kind of official AU Marvel publishes, and I haven't included them in the posts, or any of the other alternative realities/published non-mainstream Marvel universe canon, because trying to go through all the comics in mainstream continuity was crazy-making enough on its own.
Ultimate X-Men is GREAT for Charles/Erik slashy moments though.
