Admittedly these aren't all blogs – some are reference sites, others are just goofy shit. But they're all fun, and I check them fairly often.

http://www.theoi.com/ – a fantastic reference guide to everybody who's anybody in Greek mythology. I never get tired of this site. Lots of awesome photos & artwork.

http://www.cocktailchronicles.com/ – Another excellent reference site, exhaustive but never exhausting. Lots of great ideas and interesting recipes.

http://www.alchemywebsite.com/ – everything you ever wanted to know about alchemy, and so much more. Like Theoi.com, there's lots of artwork to soak in and enjoy.

http://smittenkitchen.com/ – Delicious recipes. I know, because I've tried quite a few of them.
