I was so worried that they were going to go for the Black Man As Sexual Predator trope. I was so relieved when he took her back to his cave, dressed her (OK, the clothes were skanky, but they were clean), let her wash, fed her, and made polite conversation. I do love a suave villian. Shame they gave us Agravaine.
You know what I've been noticing about Merlin? What a petty, passive-aggressive little bitch he can be. The burping? Really? I mean it fondly, but really.
As regards Agravaine, I'd have had a quite word with the knights, myself. "Sharp eye out on patrol, lads, I've got that nasty About-to-be-invaded-again feeling in my bones."
Well, given how many of the people he loves have turned on him in one way or another, it doesn't seem entirely unreasonable.
I loved Mithia, and I wish there was a way we could keep her. She was clever and witty, and could burp like a trooper. *wistful sigh*
I agree about revealing Morgana's trick with the bracelet. Although I am super-happy that Arthur forgave her without knowing about it. It's much more meaningful than, "Well, I suppose it's not so bad if it wasn't your fault."
I kind of adore Arthur. Like, really. It's sort of embarrassing.
