I do feel for Sansa too. Her initial liking of Joffrey and Cersei frustrates me, as do her actions to get them to like her, but I keep reminding myself she is a child and Cersei at least is very good at manipulating people. But yes, that was a horrible position she was put in.
I think Joffrey is beyond slaps, really. He's already in "should be fed to the direwolves" category.
