Recently, when I tried to play certain music videos I get a pixelated pink and green column on the right side of the screen (on all players, including VLC). It only happens with certain music videos, not episodes. Does anyone have any clue why this may be? It's really frustrating.

I've had that problem but only in VLC, not in other players. I associate it with certain dimensions - there seem to be certain nonstandard video sizes that make it choke. But if you're experiencing the problem in other players it may be a different issue for you.

Unfortunately, that's the case in all players (except, oddly enough, Quicktime). I have no idea what happened, it's videos that played fine before. Argh!
