I went ahead and joined dreamwidth (because of the 'free' probably being short lived, and to secure my name as 'embers' which I didn't get here at lj in time to do) but I plan to only post here.... unless lj does something (again) to piss me off, in which case I'll have dreamwidth ready and waiting....
