WTF, IJ?

So I wasn't too concerned about IJ being down today...until I saw the latest updates on Twitter.

I'm tech-clueless, so I could totally be misunderstanding this, but does it mean that everything from the last month or so (entries, comments, etc) has been irretrievably lost?

About the JKR trial...apparently fandom is a abuzz about it, but all I have to say is that I think both sides are kind of douchey, albeit for different reasons.

Well, it's not like LJ worked that well before it went all corporate. I remember flip-flopping between LJ & DJ in an attempt to POST, many times.

I suppose it's the price you pay for having a one-man-army running IJ.

Haha, I remember that. Still, you could generally rely on LJ being available when you needed it. I don't think that was the case in 2002. O no.

About the JKR case. I really find it hard to care either way. I just can't be doing with JKR's "I think I might cry!!1" when she has an army of lawyers and about a bajillion pounds in the bank.

I don't care for the other side, either. Epic fail, everyone.
