yahtzee63 wrote the epic Spock/Uhura fic to end all Spock/Uhura fics: Break part 1 part 2 and part 3. Her portrayal of both characters is nothing short of masterful, the slow evolution of their relationship leaves you full of anticipation and there is a general fantastic rich and vivid portrayal of the verse, the Academy and all other characters (I could write an ode to her Gaila alone). Seriously, if you only read only one story with this pairing, let this be it.
