I doubt everyone will need those, but in case the recent LJ issues is making you think of alternatives/a backup, here are some invite codes for Dreamwidth:

Thank you, sweetie! I'll take the last one.

BTW, as someone knowledgeable, I wanted to ask you to recommend me a nice and not that expensive place in Greece for my vacation. I haven't been to the sea for ages, and I really want to go this year in September. I'm still not sure whether I'll go to Greece, Turkey or Bulgaria (which seems less likely, because the weather in September in Bulgaria is slightly unpredictable), but looking for info only online is making me despair. Any advice?

I'll try to think of a place-it depends on what you want from a vacation. Is it mostly the beach, or is nightlife, culture etc also important? I'm in love with the island of Ikaria, but I don't know if September is the best time, weather-wise. I quite liked the island of Syros I went to last year, and it's definitely not pricey, but you need a car to get to the really nice beaches.

There are some lovely places inland too, and they tend to be cheaper than islands. Peloponese is lovely, though I need to ask around for more specific places. I'll get back to you.

Nightlife is not important for me. :) Beach and culture (culture is not obligatory) would be the best combination, but I would be fully satisfied with beach and simply a besautiful place with beautiful nature and some amazing sights. Greece is full of culture - there will be something nearby to see anyway. :)

Thank you!

I stayed on Noxos with a group and we got an amazing rate ($20/night) but it could have been because it was a group and before the season really starts...
but great beaches, hiking, and it was easy to get to other islands for day trips via ferry.
Greece is so awesome.

Thanks hun, I'll probably grab one when I get a chance. I was wondering why everyone was defecting. Issues eh? I couldn't log in quite a bit lately but I thought it was just me.

It's definitely not just you. LJ has been under attack with the target being Russian political bloggers (though obviously all users are feeling the effects). This article is a good summary:

I just don't understand why livejournal would be a target... it is almost dead. Why aren't they attacking facebook or twitter?

LJ is huge in the Russian political blogosphere, apparently, and they're attacking anti-government Russian bloggers.

Yeah, it's weird reading about LJ in my AP feeds, I feel like one of the journalists is going to turn their head to the left and go "whoa, look at all this potter porn".

I bet they already found it and are reading it out loud to each other.
