This season is shaping up to be one of the best: they really having some interesting things to say and they aren't saying them in maudlin/trite ways.
I loved Angel phoning Deb in the middle of LaGuerta trying to strong-arm her choice for a new hire, it didn't feel staged to me... it felt completely organic and real (and hilarious).
Actually it surprises me that Dexter had never thought to label his slides better, but then he had never had a 2 year old in the house before (you don't worry about an infant jumping out at you, but 2 year olds do it all the time).
