This is all incredibly eye-opening. I did not know comics could have as much slash potential as manga does, in all honesty.

Oh, but they *do*. Not just with Erik/Charles-there are so many pairings in Marvel with shiny sparkly subtext, and the most rewarding thing is when occasionally a comic book creator comes along and makes it text (if you're ever curious, google "Rictor and Shatterstar").

And I'm only doing one more, as we catch up to current canon. Honestly, I'm kind of bummed it's over, even though it was a monster time-consumer.
