It must be off the charts because that was the first and the last OTP I had until I encountered Internet Fandom in my teens. Apparently even Sherlock Holmes and Lord of the Rings didn't compare and even now I've trouble seeing slashiness until fandom informs differently. Charles/Erik (especially in Savage Lands) set a very high standard! XD
