And yeah, that's pretty much what I did, save my mistake of using the blender, and not adding enough brown sugar.I got the cachaca at the supermarket-I wouldn't dream of using vodka, having just endured my best friend sneering at the various fake caipirinhas we were served all over Athens and getting looooong lectures on the Real Thing.
