Oldman as Gordon ROCKS, absolutely. I thought so when I saw the first movie too. And I did like how he moved beyond comic relief in this one.

And I agree, the Joker was definitely the star of this one (what a swan song for Ledger). I'm still happy about the acting choices he made-too many would have gone the 'camp' route.
